I am a licensed psychologist, specializing in counseling for couples and individual adults, in the Bellevue and Seattle area. I assume that you are here because you are considering counseling for yourself or someone you care about.

This is an important decision. Research studies show that counseling is most effective when there is a “good fit” between you and the counselor.
