The fee for the first appointment (60 minutes) is $195. Subsequent visits are $140 for a 45- minute appointment. Longer appointments may be available upon request.
Most insurance plans include mental health coverage for individual counseling and I encourage you to call/view the website of your particular plan to check out whether or not you have this benefit. I accept BlueCross/BlueShield, Regence, Premera and First Choice Health Network insurance. If your insurance is not one of these, check with your health plan to see if you have out of network benefits that might cover my services.
The fee for the first appointment (60 minutes) is $195. Subsequent visits are $145 for a 50- minute appointment and $235 for an 80-minute appointment.
Please note the unfortunate fact that most insurance plans do not cover marriage or couples counseling when the focus is on the relationship itself, not on one of you having a diagnosable mental health condition. If you have coverage and decide to use your insurance, and I belong to the insurer’s panel of providers, I will be happy to do the insurance billing for you, but ask that you pay your co-pay or co-insurance at the time of service. If you have out of network benefits that cover my services, I ask for full payment at the time of service and I will then give you a completed form to send in to your insurance company that contains all the information necessary for them to reimburse you directly. For your convenience, I accept most major credit and HSA cards, as well as cash and checks.
